Biography

Before graduating the 200 hour Yoga Pranala Teacher Training in April 2015, I had been practicing yoga for years in my home country Finland. I started my journey of yoga in 2010 with the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa, but later on found my home in softer practices of Hatha Yoga.

In the magical island of Bali I started practicing Yoga Pranala with my beloved teacher Linda Madani Grondin. Yoga Pranala combines yoga flow with sacred tradition of balinese hand mudras to invite a stronger flow of prana in the body. This marked a profound shift for me. I started opening deeply to myself, not only physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I found that this practice was the key to reach the source within myself, finding truly what yoga was about for me - a incredible self healing tool. A tool I want to share with everyone.

For the past few years I  have been studying traditional Hatha Yoga at the Heart of Yoga -school with Mark Whitwell under the direct lineage of Krishnamacharya and recently completed a 100 hours Heart of Yoga Teacher Training.

My studies in traditional Hatha Yoga deepened further in November 2019 with 50 hours Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga -course with Octavio Salvado at The Practice Bali.

I have also been privileged to study with Tina Nance completing 100 hours Teacher Training in Yin Yoga with her in 2016.

The latest extension of my studies has been 200 hours of Authentic Flow with Satu Tuomela in February 2021

All of these trainings have been Yoga Alliance certified courses.

I have international teaching experience since 2015. I have been teaching classes, workshops, festivals and retreats in Bali, France and Finland.
