I’m so happy you are here!

My name is Anu Karoliina. I am a somatic yoga teacher, kirtan musician and meditation teacher living in Bali.

I offer embodied yoga, meditation & courses both online and in person at Alchemy Yoga and Intuitive Flow yoga studios and retreats in Bali. All my teaching is based on non-dual classical shaiva tantra that acknowledges that you already are the awareness and dynamic movement of life force and therefore sacred. So I’m here to invite you back into the wisdom of your own body and voice, to hear your inner teacher and trust the messages from within as you remember who you are.

Mantra is my medicine and I am a passionate kirtan leader. I offer my Shakti Bhakti kirtans regularly in studios and retreats.
