What do you do when life gets loud? When the world moves, shifts and flows in a way you haven’t planned? Do you lean out for quick fixes or can you hold space to what IS?

This question got me creating this 6 week immersion for You.

A little bit of how I got here; I recently went through a very challenging chapter in my life and out of that Somatik Shakti was born. I gathered together the practices that were helping me the most when the world’s was shaking. The Goddess practices, somatic movement, embodied yoga, meditation, mantra and journaling. I’ve run through this program once already and the feedback is really encouraging me to offer this again, so here it goes!

In this journey we’re moving through 6 different Goddess Archetypes - deep-diving into the living wisdom of Shakti. Not as something external, neither as pampering bubble baths and silk kimonos, but as your Actual Life Force - that which animates us, that which makes us alive.

We’re experiencing the world through the lens of Bhuvaneshwari, Durga, Kali, Saraswati, Lakshmi and Parvati. Embodying their wisdom as something internal, something ancient yet new, something you don’t have to seek outside of yourself. All practices are grounded on the wisdom of non-dual classical tantra.
