TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Registration for the retreat is binding.

• The reservation fee is €500. The reservation fee is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full by February 28th 2026

• Bookings made after February 28th 2026 must be paid in full at the time of registration.

• Failure to pay the invoice does not constitute as a cancellation.

All participants must obtain their own comprehensive travel insurance, which must include:

• Medical expenses

• Emergency evacuation and repatriation

• Personal accident or injury

• Trip cancellation or interruption

• Loss or theft of personal belonging

• Your travel insurance should reimburse you for the full cost of the yoga retreat

• Any harm or damage that may occur to the participants or the property.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Participant)

• Possible cancellations must be made immediately in email to the event organizer (email address).
  A replacement participant can be assigned in place of the one unable to attend.

• Please note that you may sell your space in the retreat to someone else.

The following refund structure applies:

• The reservation fee 500€is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation

• Cancellation 90 days before retreat start or later:
  You must pay 50% of the full retreat price.

• Cancellation 70 days before retreat start or later:
  You must pay 75% of the full retreat price.

• Cancellation 45 days before retreat start or later:
  You must pay 100% of the full retreat price.

  Refund & Cancellation Policy (Organizer)

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to insufficient number of participants, in which case the retreat payment is returned to you in full.

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, acts of war, government restrictions, or any other event beyond the organizer’s control. If the retreat must be canceled, all registered participants will be notified immediately.  The organizer is not obligated to compensate participants for any costs arising from the force majeure cancellation, including but not limited to flights, visas, accommodation, or personal expenses

• The organizers may make changes to schedules, instructors, accommodations, or activities when necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, you must notify the organizers in writing prior to the retreat

LEGAL DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER 

• I understand that practices in the retreat include physical movement and that physical activity carries inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. As with any form of exercise, there is a possibility of injury — including serious or disabling injury.

• I understand that although this retreat is designed to support spiritual well-being, it is not a substitute for therapy or any form of medical or psychological treatment. The retreat organizer and instructors are not healthcare professionals and cannot provide medical advice or assess my health condition.

• I acknowledge that my participation in the Awakened Heart retreat is entirely voluntary and that I assume all associated risks. I recognize that it is my responsibility to inform the organizers of any health conditions, injuries, physical limitations, or other relevant issues, including pregnancy.

• I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and that it may not be safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that I am solely responsible for deciding whether I am able to participate in yoga practices.

• I agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims I now have or may have in the future against the organizers, including its owners, teachers, educators, contractors, lodging and catering partners.

• I understand that I am required to have travel insurance that covers my personal risks. I am fully responsible for ensuring my own insurance coverage for injuries, accidents, luggage, and trip cancellations.

• By joining the retreat I agree that the organizers, instructors, venue, and staff are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or theft occurring during the retreat or as a result of your participation. I assume full responsibility for any costs arising from injury, medical treatment, evacuation, or damages

• I have read and understood this assumption of risk, and I acknowledge that I accept these terms and conditions freely.
